The “Liability Release” is made an inseparable part of this Agreement.
This dog will be kenneled, fed, and cared for in the same manner as the dogs of Wingswept. The owner of said dog will provide to Wingswept evidence that the dog has received within the previous 6 months: Immunization for Parvo; Influenza; Rabies: Bordetella . In addition the owner will provide a sufficient quantity of the medication used for “Heart Worm” along with the date last administered.
The basic cost of training is $1500.00 regardless of the length of time required, and is due in advance. In addition a cost of $6.00 per quail used in training will be charged, payable when dog is picked up.
Training consists of: Commands “Come” ”Whoa” and “Load”; Techniques: Steady to flush; Backing (honoring point); at least beginning of retrieving and further stylish hunting techniques.
The cost of Training includes a day of training the owner in the proper methods of using his newly trained dog in the field over birds.
Wingswept Llewellins agrees to exert all diligent efforts on a daily basis to achieve the aims set forth within the ability of the dog involved.
