This agreement between "Wingswept Llewellins", and Mr. on covers the boarding and training of the dog named ; Whelped Registry # (FDSB) .

This dog will be housed and fed in exactly the same manner as the dogs of "Wingswept". This dog has received "Parvo", "Influenza" and "Rabies" shots on , and received "Bordetello" immunization within the previous 6 months of this date. The owner of this dog shall provide "Wingswept" the "heart worm" medicine he uses along with the last date administered, , "Wingswept" will administer said "heart worm" medicine at the intervals required.

The cost of boarding and training is $1500.00 plus the cost of Quail used in training @ $6.00 each.

Started Dog: Consists of training commands "come", "whoa", "hold", and "load"; training in pointing (steady on birds) and the start of backing, retrieving, steady to flush, and further training in stylish hunting techniques. (Requires 5-7 weeks, and usually 25-35 Quail.)

"Wingswept" agrees to exert all diligent effort on a daily basis to achieve the aims of each "phase" of training within the time specified consistent to the ability of the dog.

Boarding & training fees are payable in advance.
Bird fees will be payable on return of dog to owner.
