It is the intent of Wingswept Llewellins to provide a dog/puppy to the purchaser in such a manner as to render the transaction as risk-free as possible.

Wingswept Llewellins guarantees this dog against any congenital or heredity defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event the purchaser does not like his/her dog during the first 90 days, we will accept a return of the dog for a full refund of the original purchase price or exchange for an alternative pup. Our liability is limited to, and shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the dog involved. In the unlikely event of a genetic defect of such a dog in question that renders him/her unable to perform in the field in a full capacity; and th owner desires to continue to possess the dog and receive another dog as compensation under this guarantee, Wingswept may at its sole discretion and option grant such a request under the following conditions:

• The owner will supply proof that their dog has been neutered by means of Veterinarian letter certifying same.
• The owner will sign over and return the registration papers of the said dog to Wingswept.
• The owner will waive any further claim against Wingswept.
• Wingswept agrees it will provide the Field Dog Stud Book registration to the new owner within a reasonable period of time without cost to purchaser.
