This release is made a part of the Training and Boarding agreement.

By the signing hereof, I hereby agree as follows: I have contracted with Deane F Harris to train my dog to Quail hunt. I hereby hold harmless for all time Deane F Harris from any accidental harm, or death to my dog while the process of training occurs. I am aware of the inherent dangers involved with taking hunting dogs afield and accept the risks involved. At such time as I must myself try my dog in the field, the following release of liability will apply.

In consideration of my being allowed to have access and the use of certain properties of Deane F Harris, for bird hunting and related purposes, which properties are made available to me shall be undertaken by me at my own risk, and I acknowledge that I understand the risks involved in shooting birds over dogs.

Deane F Harris nor any affiliated company, group, partnership, family relation, employee, or other entity related to Deane F Harris shall be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, deaths, damages, costs, fees or fines, of any nature or kind suffered by me or my property or property used by me, or for any actions or cause of action any nature or kind suffered by me or my property, or for any actions whatsoever, arising out of, or in any way connected with, in whole or in part, the use of any said lands or properties. I do hereby further expressly forever release, Discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Deane F Harris, et al, from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, costs, fines, actions, or causes of action whatsoever.
